Embroidery can be applied to the front panel of the R112ALT. Buyers may supply custom artwork or use design options from the store's library. The R112ALT distributes two colors differently than the split design, where a split divides front and back by a vertical line, the alternate layout assigns Color 2 to all components except the crown front panels and eyelets, creating a different visual logic that emphasizes the front as a focused branding zone against a fully contrasting surround.

6-Panel Construction: The six-panel forms the structured front panels that define Color 1's presence on the cap. The 6-panel layout provides consistent, predictable front geometry that keeps logos and embroidery placed on Color 1 cleanly readable against the contrasting Color 2 surround.

Structured: The buckram-fused front panels hold their shape firmly and provide a stable, even base for embroidery. The combination of a structured front (Color 1) against a contrasting mesh back and visor (Color 2) naturally draws the eye to the front, which is where the logo sits.
