Customization

Embroidery on the 112WH can be placed on the structured front panel or side panel. Customers may provide their own logo or use available design options. A digital mockup is provided for review before any embroidery work begins. 

Note: Heat-pressed decorations are not compatible with this style. Recommended decoration methods include embroidery, patches, and leather or faux-leather patches with engraved or debossed logos. Patch options and quotes can be requested via the Richardson hats.

5-panel construction: The five-panel design eliminates the front seam, creating a clean, modern front profile that complements the premium waxed canvas material. This seamless front panel also provides an optimal surface for embroidery and patch decoration.

Crown: The crown uses reinforced front panels to maintain a firm, upright shape. Combined with the stiffness of the waxed canvas, the cap keeps its silhouette even in wet or demanding outdoor conditions. The crown holds its silhouette under rain, humidity, and general outdoor wear without collapsing or distorting.

Mid-Profile: The mid-profile height offers the same balanced fit as the core 112 series, sitting at a moderate height for all-day comfort. This familiar fit is maintained while delivering a more rugged construction compared to standard cotton-poly caps.

Pre-Curved Bill: The pre-curved bill is shaped to deflect rain and sun while maintaining the classic trucker silhouette. When combined with the waxed canvas front, it gives the cap a cohesive, rugged aesthetic that reads as premium workwear rather than a standard promotional cap.

Material 

• The front panels use Original Martexin® wax-finish cotton, a treatment applied to 100% cotton canvas that makes moisture bead and run off instead of soaking into the fabric. The wax penetrates the material rather than sitting on the surface, maintaining water resistance through normal wear while gradually distributing through the weave. Natural variations in texture and sheen are expected, giving each cap a slightly unique appearance.
• Double-row stitching with thicker thread reinforces the seams for added durability. Anti-corrosion metal eyelets replace standard fabric eyelets to maintain ventilation and a clean look over time. The 100% polyester mesh back improves airflow, while the cotton sweatband helps manage moisture at the brow.

Color: The 112WH is offered in solid wax-finish colors. Due to the nature of the Martexin® wax treatment, each cap carries subtle, natural variations in surface appearance - a characteristic feature of the material rather than a manufacturing inconsistency.
