Customization

The solid front panels of the 112PM support embroidery on the front panel, as well as other areas of the cap, based on your preferred placement. Both customer-supplied artwork and store design library options are accepted. A digital mockup is prepared for approval before production. The 112PM takes a different approach to printed decoration than the rest of the 112 family - rather than printing the front panels, it applies printed graphics to the mesh back, creating a solid-front, patterned-back combination that is unique among Richardson headwear styles.

6-Panel Construction: Six panels form the traditional rounded trucker crown. The 6-panel layout gives the 112PM its standard front geometry - a familiar structured face that lends itself to center-front embroidery and patch placement without any seam interference on the decoration area.

Structured Crown: The structured front is buckram-fused and pre-shaped, ensuring shape consistency across units. The solid front panels are standard 112 construction - predictable and embroidery-friendly, unaffected by the patterned mesh used at the back.

Mid Profile: The mid-profile crown height delivers the same trusted 112 fit at a balanced height. The combination of solid front and patterned back works naturally at mid-profile because the front is prominent enough to carry the embroidery while the back provides visual contrast when viewed from the side or rear.

Pre-Curved Bill: The pre-Curved bill is consistent with the standard 112 construction and provides sun protection and structural definition to the front of the cap.

Material: Solid-front colorways use a 60% cotton / 40% polyester blend that balances breathability with durability. Green Camo / Flag Mesh options use a 97% cotton / 3% spandex front for a slightly softer, flexible feel, while Mossy Oak / Flag Mesh colorways use 100% polyester. The printed mesh back panels are 100% polyester regardless of colorway, which holds the printed camo or flag pattern well through repeated wear. The cotton sweatband provides standard moisture management at the brow.

Color: Eight colorways pair a solid-color front with a distinctly patterned mesh back - choices include desert camo, green camo, Mossy Oak camo, and USA flag-inspired prints. This combination creates a cap where the front looks clean and brandable from the front, while the back delivers a strong visual statement from behind.
