Customization

The 112FPR supports embroidery on the front panel, mesh side panels, and back. Customers may upload their own logo or select from the store's design library. 5-Panel Construction: Five panels form the crown with no seam running down the center of the front panel. The resulting seamless front creates the characteristic pinch-front silhouette of 5-panel cap construction - a gathered point at the crown's front that gives the cap a more tailored, contemporary appearance compared to the traditional 6-panel split front. The absence of the seam also opens up a wider horizontal decoration area on the front panel.

Structured: The structured front panels are buckram-fused and pre-shaped, ensuring the 5-panel pinch silhouette is consistent across every unit in a bulk order. The structured front also provides a firm, predictable surface for embroidery - important when the absence of a center seam means logos can span the full front width without needing to accommodate a dividing stitch line.

Mid Profile: The mid-profile crown positions the 112FPR at the same height as the rest of the 112 family. At this height, the pinch front sits naturally and proportionally - not so tall that the five-panel shape looks exaggerated, and not so low that the rope detail at the bill is compressed.

Pre-Curved Bill: The pre-Curved bill carries the rope accent at its base and arrives ready to wear without additional shaping.
